Life has got a way of interfering with our plans doesn't it?


Don't fret, if you have ordered in advance, you can cancel your order 1 hour before your selected time-frame . You can also cancel deliveries for the next day or any future date.


To do this simply open the app:

  1. Go to profile
  2. Tap on orders
  3. Tap on the order that you want to cancel
  4. At the payment section, tap see details
  5. Tap on Cancel order
  6. Confirm that you want to cancel


We usually give you credit in return for your next meal, but feel free to ask if you would rather get a refund.


It's also possible to cancel deliveries that are already en-route or being cooked. However we won't be able to give you a refund.


To cancel a meal if your order has been cooked or en-route, simply reach out to us via Chat (Profile > Help > Contact Us > Chat) and provide the following:


Name 


Email address / Phone number 


Order number


Keep an eye out for a confirmation email to notify you that the cancellation has gone through.
